How the layout is generated
1 · SLP placement. Each zone is scored against every other using A / E / I / O / U / X relationships. Zones are placed as coherent rectangles in priority order — no post-hoc swaps, so zones stay contiguous and never fragment across the plan.
2 · WaDE rack fill. Inside each rackable zone, bays & aisles are laid along the longer axis using each zone's aisle width, then bays are split into A / B / C classes by distance from the closest aisle (ABC slotting).
3 · KPIs, financials & obstacles are computed from the resulting grid: rack counts, storage positions, CAPEX / OPEX, payback, plus any unplaced or fragmented zones.
